Be warned. Great Youths in a not so great company.

The good thingsMost of the youths are easy to handle. The youths that are high behaviours are moved on quickly. Most coworkers are also awesome. Not a huge work load.

The challengesDespite the many good things the few bad things far out weigh it. When your on a contract here you can be forced to change your line of shifts without any explanation or agreement. They require you to be willing to work 24/7 so any personal commitments have to be rearranged around the shifts provided. Management is also extremely toxic. They treat their staff like a number and when you try to say something about it you get targeted. They often do not pay you correctly but don’t expect any apology when the do. Most of management are freinds with each other so nepotism is huge within management. Almost impossible to progress unless your friends with management out side of work. Most staff although are awesome to work with hate management here and how management treat people. Lots if not all are unhappy working here.
