New management culture of fear & entitlement. People targeted and Little care for staff. Its Awful.
The good thingsRelaxed office. Working with Creative People. Exposed to new music.
The challengesNew HR is terrible. Management entitled. Staff live in fear. Women cannot be outspoken or strong or they are pushed. Business lost its soul. Benefits have been reduced.

Great place, great people, love it.
The good thingsGreat place with good people. Good culture. Casual office with lots of smart people doing interesting things.
The challengesI think the changes the last couple of years have largely addressed the issues around transparency and culture that were there before.

It's all a facade, you will receive 0 empathy for the effort you put in.
    The good thingsFlexibke workplace.
The challengesMinor management types are not properly trained in simple compliance matters. They will make false reports of negligence regarding outsourced staff to the relevent partner if they feel they can no longer work you above your means as effectively. Growth team/leader is not interested in basic feedback that would assist them with their work.
