Musical expertise meets Personal Development. I never go to work, that's how much I love it!
The good thingsI love USM. The colleagues, our artists, the studios and equipment are top. Steve Jaz is a very visionary personality and it's fun to grow in this company. Flexible work hours, opportunities to grow, great culture and open communication. Flat hierarchy and a Get Stuff Done attitude.
The challengesIt's not for everyone. If you feel, you're already done with your development, or you're not a team player, this place is not for you. If you can't deal with constructive criticism and responsibility it also will be not your favorite job. Steve Jaz is very direct and challenges you, but also equally supports you. I love this guy, but I can see that he is not everyone's cup of tea.

Empowering other artist, while also growing my own career & goals.
The good thingsIt's great to work along side professional industry people who are active in their own career while empowering upcoming new talent across all aspect's of music, creating a safe, supportive environment, and knowledge gaining experiences that grows everyone from the students, to the parents to also me as a teacher & mentor.
The challengesTaking the leap to join the team at USM was a little overwhelming as I had to learn how to pass on my knowledge that I had learnt over the years of experience in the music industry and work towards learning how to pass on skills to students, as well as learning how everyone has their own way of absorbing the information & content.
