    Avoid this place - it doesn’t get much worse.
    The good thingsIt was close to home
    The challengesUrbanedge is the most unorganised, chaotic company I have ever worked for. There is no communication between the different departments or even within the individual teams. As a result there is a lot of stress and low morale and a extremely high staff turnover (in all departments). There is a lot of talk about how things are going to improve, however it is rarely followed through with any action (from the top down).

    The challengesUpper management do what ever they want even to the detriment of the business. Say they want to train you and help you through the business but when you do go for roles they would rather make excuses than actually train you. 6 years at the company and seen colleges picked apart about the smallest things to keep them where they want them.

    we are one big team all into improving the business and our worlds and eachother!
    The good thingsThey focus on training you, supporting you and also pushing you to become a better employee. No changes are made top up, the guys o the bootom share the accountability with their managers and there isnt anyone who isnt on board for improving things. They have a great work life balance and also do a lot of charity work and care aboiut their employeeds. Relationships are very much about work but you can have a drink after and enjoy eachothers company. If youre not into hearing HONEST feedback about yourself to improve then you wont like this place but thats your problem. Growing people is what theyrre about!
    The challengesIf you are someone who doesnt like having an upfront face to face conversation to sort out all the bulls**t then you may not like this place. On the flip side if you are someone that likes these things being sorted and no he said she said business and just getting things improved and soprted then we are one big team all into improving the business and our worlds and eachother!
