    Great crew to work with, roster was good, certain management were extremely difficult, would not reccomend in Western Australia

    Started amazing and quickly went very very bad

    The challengesFrequently changing management that tell you one thing and do the other, micromanagers galore who have no idea what you’re doing, just another face in the office. Staff who have a lot of knowledge are still seen as replaceable and god forbid you discuss salary or development opportunities because there is no room to grow.

    The good thingsLeaving and knowing I'll never have to work on that culture again
    The challengesManagement is so top heavy its a miracle they make enough to pay their inflated salaries, supervision and upper management have no clue what happens on day to day operations, no support, no opportunities to advance, people on the floor have more qualifications than management in the office. Poor culture.
