A good but challenging place to work.The good thingsThere are long-term employees with a lot of staff having been with the company for 10+ years. The work-life balance is very good especially being allowed to take time to attend appointments as long as you make up the time.
The challengesManagement can be challenging and very closed-minded. They definitely have their \"favoured\" staff members while others are virtually ignored. There are some exceptionally loud staff members which make it very difficult to concentrate when dealing with complex tasks. Unless you work in reservations, retail or groups, the travel benefits (eg. famils) are basically non-existent.
