Numerous opportunities to move around within the group.
The good thingsExcellent work life balance, company looks after it's staff and encourages personal growth so you will never become stagnant in your role. Leaders recognise hard work and reward with bonuses and option to work from home. If my role hadn't been affected in a restructure I'd still be working for them.
The challengesHigh level management at times were transparent about changes within the company
