I would never go back unless I saw significant change in behaviour and culture from the outside.

The good thingsThe team on the ground were amazing, they worked hard and always wanted what was best for the animals.

The challengesThe company does not have a good culture and this unfortunately comes from the top down. They allow and even instigate bull(yin)’ as well as physical altercations. Any and all attempts to call them out on this or try and mitigate it amongst your own team is met with pushback until you are pushed out of the company itself. Your experience here will entirely depend on who your Regional and General Manager is. With only a lucky few having a good experience.
