    The most regretful years of my life as it turned me into a negative person as it is such a negative environment to work in

    The challengesWorking with management who have no respect for their staff, do not know how to take responsibility and lead, do not know how to train their staff correctly or provide enough training but still expect you to know everything. The current General Manager demeans her staff infront of others. It is an extremely negative working environment. I feel sorry for anyone who is successful in a position with this poor excuse for a hotel team.
