Glad to be out and remunerated fairly. The good thingsThe only good thing I can say about this company is the onsite cafeteria. And, the free breakfast.
The challengesManagement is poor and expect a lot without giving much in guidance/direction. If you enjoy a lot of autonomy than the position is for you, but unless you take the initiative to find out what’s going on then you won’t know. There is a very big division between management and other staff. If you are looking to being remunerated according to experience and skills then don’t work here. Or, compare what they are offering to industry averages before you accept a role there.
