    It's a rather toxic work environment.
    The good thingsFlexible hybrid work. You will meet good people. Snacks around the office.
    The challengesLack of kindness in the management team. No clear direction from the leadership team. Unreasonable expectation and salary below market rate. There is no culture in the company. Rather toxic.
