    Everyone working here is exhausted and burnt out.
    The good thingsHigh pay, can make great friends working here.
    The challengesWill be treated as a casual worker even as permanent part time. Do not get to take the breaks that you are entitled to, get your roster one week in advance often. Changing days off, frequently having split days off. Hard to take leave.

    I was proud and blessed to part of the Consumer team for 3 months.
    The good thingsThe people! I was there as a contractor and it was by far the best company I had worked for. Collaborative, inclusive and everyone was part of the team and each voice mattered. Flexible work arrangements so long as the work was done means a lot,
    The challengesNone really..maybe the open plan with the loud voices but you can always move!

    The challengesSenior managers have no direction. You are asked to follow one startegy and then witout notice it's binned and something else is started. They do not take feedback from team and at many times team is left feeling less than valuable. Extremely clicky culture. The company has a reactive culture as opposed to being innovators of industry

    The challengesHigher Management did not adhere to their own leadership training. Not a supportive environment for store managers. Store managers were not offered support by regional managers, and regional managers acted in unprofessional and vindictive manner. HR issues raised not followed through with. No progression for achievement and through development, only through office politics.

    The challengesThey closed call centre and shipped to mumbai - clearly making money for the company was much better than being one of the best call centres in Australia, having great people and making all customers happy.
