    Mentally draining - Would not recommend
    The good thingsI made a couple new friends
    The challengesThe job is a struggle as no level of management can agree on how to run the site. You rarely have the equipment needed to effectively complete the job. The workload isn't managed at all so you often spend lots of time walking around looking for something to do. This wouldn't be so bad if there weren't cameras monitoring you at all times. This just lead to staff finding camera black spots which isn't good. You are promised the world when interviewing and then given none of that once you start the job. The pay is below average and you will never operate a piece of machinery even if you have the relevant tickets and experience.
