    We are developing

    Our business employs more than 2,000 people in Australia and New Zealand. This number grows to about 2,500 during the cane crushing season, from June to November.By providing training and development opportunities and supporting further education, we help our people reach their full potential. From apprentice and graduate levels to leadership roles, our learning and development pathways support our people.We are a major provider of apprenticeship training in Queensland. About 120 apprentices work at any given time in our sugar mills and bioethanol distilleries. We also offer a graduate program for young professionals.
