A sad witness to the self-destruction of a great company. The good thingsFriendly staff and good social interaction to keep high spirits within the company. Outside work bonding were great: meetings at the bar for a nice drink or organizing sport activities were part of the building of a productive and happy work environment.
It was a great place to work on until a drastic, unnecessary and wrong change in the company's project management affected professional colleagues who were fired as a result.
The challengesNot a stable work environment and unclear future path within the organisation once the company made those drastic changes. Internal communication was poor. Staff were not happy to be part of the organisation anymore. By the time I finished my contract after 3 1/2 years, the work environment was poor.
