    Disappointing greedy management
The good thingsThe guys that actually do the work are great
The challengesGreedy low life management, always find loopholes to try and take every cent they can from you, they will promise you great conditions but will back peddle at every opportunity, it's disgusting, don't apply for this role

Exciting work with top pay conditions, great products and good guys
The good thingsGreat Conditions, old style EA that pays overtime at x2 rates, x 2 OT rates for all weekend work etc. You get paid travel and overnight allowances. I have been trained up in chemical pumping work which I was always interested in. Great crews and supervisors teaching you how to do WMS work.
The challengesAs its chemical emergency response you need to be flexible and may get called on days off. But you don't have to go to work - plus I like overtime.

Great workplace with positive culture, the team pulls together to get the job done.
The good thingsIts a great working environment, with positive team atmosphere. There has always been flexibility to meet commitments with my family and personal life.
The challengesThe mining industry being in downturn has been tough without as much work around. It is a busy workplace which is always a challenge.
