    Use it as a stepping stone to improve your career pathway.
    The good thingsThe camaraderie and teamwork with some colleagues. Its a nice stepping stone into the world of warehousing and logistecs.
    The challengesThe pay for warehousing is miserable compared to most places around and there is little to no room for an career improvement. Favourtism is strong, management is ruthless. Youre expected to go above and beyond without any support from management.

    The good thingsThe opportunity to grow is there if you want it. Your managers listen. Fun vibe.
    The challengesThe company experienced rapid growth and is now playing catch-up in certain areas. But this allows you to contribute to future processes even if it can feel a little disorganised at times. This is in no way a negative, in my opinion.

    No respect for work/ life balance.
    The good thingsLocal team was great to work with.
    The challengesZero recognition for staff achieving results. If you work hard, you are rewarded with more work. Any feedback or suggestions go nowhere. No work/ life balance, you are expected to work out of rostered hours every day, because you have no choice if you want your department to successfully.
