There are so many other jobs for RN’s- don’t know waste your time here.
The good thingsThe hospital is relatively new and clean.
The challengesIt’s all about the KPI. Nurse to patient ratios non-existent. Management unsupportive. Meal breaks never happen. Nursing staff constantly forced to do non-nursing jobs. Very few really experienced staff (the good ones always move on). Ramsay NSW underpay their nurses and this is not going to change any time soon.

Bad Keating environment. If you are a new RN I would recommend work for public services. No time to learn, all in the employee shoulders.
The good thingsClose to home. On low level very good people working for the organisation.
The challengesFinding motivation to remain in this place .
