    We are a proud family-owned interior fitout company with more than 40 years’ experience in the design and construction of retail, commercial, hospitality and office spaces.We have our design, manufacturing, and project management teams under one roof. This enables career progression and opportunities to learn across all areas of the business.We are a close-knit team and strive to create a supportive and respectful team culture that sustains a long-term workforce and encourages a healthy work-life balance.We have members of the team who have been with us for 30+ years. We are also incredibly proud to be the largest employer of shopfitting apprentices in Queensland.

    Great company to work for with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.
    The good thingsI have worked with Woodland Fitouts for three years and the team has always been supportive and respectful of each other. The business allows for so much growth both personally and professionally, and they recognise employee milestones.
    The challengesI am grateful to be able to move up within the business and try a different type of role. This is a challenging role, and there is a lot to learn. Thankfully, everyone is really helpful, supportive and willing to teach me.

    Personal and professional growth supported and encouraged due to the genuine and hardworking company culture.
    The good thingsThe people, we all work really well as a team. Collaboration happens naturally and I feel valued as an employee. Monthly team barbecues, social activities, monthly newsletters etc all help bring the team together.
    The challengesManaging tight deadlines and a heavy workload can be challenging during busy periods.
