    Expectations and promises during a 2 - stage interview process prior to accepting the position are just mistruths.
    The good thingsThere weren't too many good things, except for a handful of work colleagues that were a pleasure to work with - unfortunately not enough.
    The challengesExtremely poor management. I'd describe it as 2-faced management. One minute everything is OK, and in one fell swoop you are not performing to "expectations". An "on boarding" experience that is basically a joke and a dog's breakfast. They have their little clubs of "favourites".

    Given many opportunities and ongoing training to achieve a positive work culture.
    The good thingsWorking as a team Enjoying a great culture and satisfaction when we achieve many milestones.
    The challengesThe challenges would be replacement of ageing machines. Upgrading freezers fridges and other mechanical devices would improve productivity.

    Have been asked to do more responsibilities outside my role without getting the pay that I entitled to. Dirty office politics, lying here and there. HR team didn't even assist when you reported the issue to them. Fight for your self, use union, or report them to FairWork.
    The good thingsStaff discount is the only good thing.
    The challengesNo matter what role you do, training will never be provided. They showed you what to be done once and expect you to understand and do it. People keep come and go. Career development discussion with manager every 6 months but it is useless unless you can kiss the manager up as they decide to support you or not no matter how well your performance is. Job you do is expected, not appreciated.
