    After 10+ years the company culture has changed to profits over team. But that's big business for you.
    The good thingsThe people you work with make the store. Like all large work places some people or more challenging but most are fun.
    The challengesTight wage budgets. People calling in sick and not be able to replace them but still expected to get all the work done.

    The challengestransfered to a city store and the management was horrible, stores and amenites were filthy and the environment was very dismissive

    The challengesCustomers can be rude and demanding but you learn how to get around them, Work load kept getting worse and worse due to reducing staff hours.
