Disappointed, told and promised things at point of hire that weren't up held on there end.
The good thingsGenerally the people on the floor are good to work with.
The challengesCompany doesn't have regular pay rises to keep up with CPI they will tell you there is a yearly review but no one ever gets a increase I have heard first hand from other employees most have gone 4 plus years without a pay increase. They also seem top Heavy, far to many chief's and not enough workers, a real us and them culture coming from management no longer does it have a family owned company feel

Could have been a good job for me, feel like I was being made fun of infront of my co workers.
The good thingsAble to try different equipment
The challengesNo pre starts or guidance from managers or supervisors. Supervisor on digger spoke down to me even name calling me over the 2 way for the whole company to hear. Told to operate machines I’ve never been on without training, called names when I clearly wasn’t aware of what I was supposed to be doing.

It was a pleasure to have had this company work for me as a subcontractor and then see their development and growth over the years and eventually work for them
The good thingsThe people I interacted with either within the company or consulting engineers and developers.
The challengesCompleting projects on time and on budget was always a challenge but in most cases achieved.

Wormall was a good company to work for.
The good thingsGood lads to work with, and for. Pay cheque was in every week so couldn’t complain....
The challengesThe only challenges of working here was the lack of communication as to when my roads were coming to an end I didn’t really know where I was going next until the day of getting shipped out. Although I was given a ute, so I didn’t really mind to much.
