Good for a short period, grateful for the connections built
The good things-Good opportunities to build connections with guests. -Opportunities to work at other locations. -Good location working right next to the beach.
The challengesUnorganised management don't seem run a team very effectively. At times, pretty micromanaging. Management demonstrates a very 'us vs them' mindset between different departments and can encourage a toxic work culture and gossip. Contacted frequently outside of work with harsh complaints from mgr.

Positions are temporary, Ranks and titles are limited. The way you treat people will always be remembered.
The good thingsBack in the day, before 2012- supportive management. Met lifelong friends. Sales and life training, on going if you wanted it. Overseas trips if you reached KPI’s.. Product is fantastic.

Poor leadership and an inability to take care of staff adequately.
The good thingsI was able to do my own thing as long as the work got completed.
The challengesThe pay was abhorrent. Lack of a straight answer when dealing with middle management. Inability to progress to a full time position. High turn over of staff due to inexperienced middle management.

Met some lovely people and appreciated great staff benefits, but had no work/life balance.
The good thingsStaff benefits - hospital cover paid for full time staff. Sales staff can win great incentives for good performance.
The challengesEarly start times, expectation to work long hours, and most weekends. Having to take annual leave if you want a weekend off. People promoted above their level of expertise and knowledge and not trained appropriately. Totally focused on selling vacation ownership..
