    Great people, but declining culture, weak leadership presence, inconsistent standards, and poor pay.
    The good thingsGreat social events (died down over time) majority of people that work there are great people, company car.
    The challengesWFH has left the office largely empty, resulting in a loss of culture & team connection. Engagement is low, with many staff disengaged from team activities due to limited leadership presence. Senior management is rarely visible, while middle management often relays directives without providing meaningful support. Professional standards are inconsistent. Inappropriate behaviour is tolerated from management - gossip, emotional outbursts, and conduct that creates an uncomfortable work environment. Office policies are poorly enforced, including vaping inside the office. Work life balance is poor & pay is low. Career progression is discussed but appears years away, with remuneration comparable to less stressful roles elsewhere. Clear KPIs are lacking, leaving staff uncertain about expectations and performance. Client service is not a priority. Clients are frequently passed between departments, creating a fragmented experience, with an apparent view that unhappy clients can be replaced

    The good thingsNo matter how you join Xceed, whether through an application or an acquisition, you’re part of the team from day one. This isn’t your typical real estate office where departments feel separate. Here, everyone collaborates and supports each other. Yes, it’s a big company, but you’re always seen as an individual, not just a number. The leaders are approachable, listen to your concerns but most importantly offer solutions and your ideas are also taken on board and may even be implemented. Plus, as the business grows, there are opportunities to further your career.
    The challengesIf you're not used to change, you might find it tough. As the company grows, things evolve and being able to adapt is important. If you see your role as just another job, you could struggle because Xceed always encourages you to grow and improve so you can succeed in your career.

    Best company ever (and I've worked for a fair few)!
    The good thingsI honestly love everything about this job! The directors are hands-on, respectful and responsive to our needs. The team is close-knit, welcoming and supportive. The office is modern and just plain spectacular with its own private/secure carpark. Perks are very generous too - take-home company car, fuel allowance, fresh fruits, regular team events etc. The atmosphere is very fun and healthy, no politics or toxicity. There are plenty of opportunities for professional development and career progression (this year we had our annual conference in Las Vegas, USA and it was fully paid for by the company, just WOW)
