XPO Brands has offered me so many opportunities and such a rewarding experience, and I would recommend anyone interested in events to consider applying for XPO!
The good thingsGreat office culture full of driven professionals all happy to lend a hand (and cheeseboard Friday's and cocktails don't hurt!) Big variety of brands and clients to work across Wide breadth of projects from in-store sampling to in-mall, bespoke events to consumer promotions and beyond (every day is different and the work is very rewarding) Company encourages internal upskilling for all employees (I for one am currently studying an external Strategy course through XPO!) Great learning curve with promotions offered according to skill level (ability to fast track your career if you're up for it!) Flexible work life balance (I work a mix from home and in the office)
The challengesSome events can mean early mornings or late night bump ins on the rare occasion (requirement if you want to work in events!)

    Not entirely a happy experience
The good thingsA lot of work available
The challengesStaffing managers didn’t rely to calls/emails or texts within a reasonable timeframe or at all. Others were given preference for work over other staff.

Would work here again as it was a pleasant experience.
The good thingsGreat perks and the things you get to do and be involved in are great, you're always pushed to do more for both yourself and the company. The majority of the staff are super nice as well, very welcoming and fun to be around, no day goes by without certain employees being silly and fun. The office is amazingly appealing too.
The challengesWay too strict on the hours even if you work through lunch or arrive early etc. Some of the staff are very manipulative and two faced too.
