Good environment, terrible managerial culture, melancholic, good job if its for survival
The good thingsRelative autonomy in your work area, free milk in some cases, nice team environment and leader(s)
The challengesLow pay, mundane/repetitive, no career development, Casuals and part timers are looked down on, will fire others or you without warning or reasoning.

The challengesToxic environment. Annual leave an issue. Sick days frowned upon.

Dead end job with career prospects
The good thingsHad a good team leader. Job was okay Finishing runs early, so extra long lunches
The challengesManagement was horrible, did not have compassion or understanding. Training supposedly \"2 weeks\" was out on my own within 3 days, made a few mistakes and no help was given to correct it or retrain. Low pay for the upsetting you had to cop from management and customers. If you weren't liked they'd find reasons to give warnings.
