    The challengesOverall management. HR absolutely useless. Only good person left. Clunky operations still feels like a company stuck in the 80s. Mentality to do huge hours no worklife balance.

    The good thingsThe mature and friendly work environment is something I enjoy. For the most part, people try their very best to do a good job and provide our clients with good service and solutions. Internally, people are helpful and will respond willingly when you ask for help.
    The challengesClear career advancement and career development is lacking in the company and high performers may find it a difficult environment to advance in. Systems and structures are also lacking and can lead to frustration for those used to order.

    The challengesComplacent, archaic sales strategies, Clumsy HR operations - Government relations. The Policies of the company makes the employee's life miserable which leads the good employees resigning without keeping credit experience. The Company is not maintained the role of the Multi International company. Salaries comparing with markets is too low which keeps low qualification level engineers in this company.
