    Look no further if you want genuine connection, authenticity, and feelings of safety to be yourself!
    The good thingsAuthentic, understanding, knowledgeable, and passionate leadership who go above and beyond to support the needs of the youth we service and their families. An inclusive organisation who promotes a collaborative environment that fosters high employee engagement, psychological safety, and mutual respect.
    The challengesI personally have not faced any challenges other than observing the impact that dishonest employees can have on a team and the facilitation of a service. Certainly not a reflection of the organisation, more so evidence of HR fiercely upholding company values, offering (too many) opportunities for individuals yo be successful, and taking inauthentic candidates on face value.

    The good thingsFacilities, clinical supervision, salary, nature of work and the clients.
    The challenges Centre management, management style (micromanaged), flexible work arrangements and work life balance as per interview, increase from having only one mental health clinician position funded, upholding company values, communication, compassion , understanding and respect for allied health professionals and their experience.

    The good thingsYouturn's culture is one of the best I have experienced in my career. Really stable work environment.
    The challengesYou probably have to get used to working with interstate offices and the challenges that bring; however, Youturn is always proactive in ensuring staff is always supported.
