The challengesI personally have not faced any challenges other than observing the impact that dishonest employees can have on a team and the facilitation of a service. Certainly not a reflection of the organisation, more so evidence of HR fiercely upholding company values, offering (too many) opportunities for individuals yo be successful, and taking inauthentic candidates on face value.
