    Horrific place to work, don’t apply to work with them.
    The good thingsAt first, the friendly staff that frequent the cafe, and the polite treatment I received from my coworkers
    The challengesThe poor and horrendous management. Half the time the manager sat in her office and not managing the cafe.

    The challengesUpper management and owners. Underappreciated. Turnover in staff is so bad, especially in managers and chefs. There is no consistency. HR barely exists.

    Double standards rules for some employees but not for others. Not fair , and hard to go to work most days.

    The good thingsThe free food at lunch was ok but apart from that I wouldn't recommend working there the owners and people in charge are more nice people at all

    The good thingsThe free food & coffee also there was always stuff to do and it was very fast paced so working an 8 hour shift went pretty quickly.

    Horrible. The only reason Zouki Monash are still in business is because it is a monopoly, the food sucks. Let's hope a better food place pops up one day.

    The challengesGetting things done, when impatient employees interrupting you every 10 minutes to tell you to hurry up, without realising they're the reason I couldn't get things done in time.
