We have the perfect opportunity for a customer service person to join our sales team, working with a dynamic and motivated team to build relationships with a wide number of customers and stakeholders. 

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Strong customer service skills & attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Be proactive and results driven with the ability to work independently
• A desire to learn and take on challenges
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure

 Reporting to the Team Leader your responsibilities will include:

• Processing & updating customer orders, documentation and follow-ups  
• Meeting KPI's and providing a high level of work standards
• Updating client & order information in our MIS
• Liaising with our sales teams to maintain and grow sales
• Outbound calls to existing and prospective clients

• Sign on bonus 
• Annual salary review
• Full time: 40 hour week
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday
• Flexible work from home hours 2 days per week after probation period
