Human Resource Management (HRM) focuses on the effective management of people, to ensure their work activities are productive, and achieve the aims and strategic objectives of the organisation. The HRM specialisation commences with an overview of organisational behaviour concepts and theories, including an introduction to legal obligations in the workplace environment. A range of upper level topics further enhance the degree, with elective studies in International HRM, Labour Law, Recruitment and Selection, and Remuneration and Performance Management.
