Entry requirements

In order to enrol in this program you must have successfully completed a Bachelor degree which includes:

  • One year of full-time study (equivalent to 6 units) in a discipline that is an approved secondary teaching area; AND
  • Half a year of full-time study (equivalent to 4 units) in at least one other recognised teaching area

In addition, you are also required to complete the CASPer suitability tool which will assess your suitability for teaching, and have a valid Working with Children Check, and in some instances, a Police Check.
