Ripesh @Ashdown is someone you want to work with. He speaks directly, is commercially minded, super transparent and focused on the right fit for candidate AND client - plus he is just a super nice guy! His leadership means that his team are just as great to work with too. I've been a candidate and used them to find candidates and the experience is great on both sides. Highly recommend!

Having dealt with recruitment agencies for a couple of decades now, there are plenty out there with a short view, round peg + round hole = commission attitude. Ripesh is definitely not in that category. He ensures he marries up the right candidate not just from a role and capabilities perspective but also ensuring a cultural fit. Understanding the company and the culture enables him to find the right fit time and time again. Making good assessments of the candidates on top of that helps him build strong long lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers alike.
