I haven't always had the best experince with recruitment agencies in the past. Although recruiters are always very kind and polite when you speak with them on the phone or meet them in person. I found that there was often a lot of deception involved in their pursuit of you as a client. Everyone would make the role sound dazzling and too good to be true, which was often the case. Dayjob Recruitment was different, as was David. I felt he was genuine and honest right from the get-go. I didn't feel like his ultimate goal was to just find me a placement simply for the commission. David genuinely wanted to find the right client for the right job and help me by placing me in a job that I would actually enjoy and was fitting to my experience and qualifications.
