Getting matched with phoebe as my recruiter was the best thing that could every happen to me as a nurse based in the Uk wanting to move to the country of my dreams and get a good job as a registered nurse. From our first video consultation where we discussed about my experience and what it was that I wanted out of the job and environment that she would be potentially putting me forward for, she was very patient and accommodating and went above and beyond, she communicated with me even when she did not have any updates for me and even told me when she would be on annual leave so that if I were to send her a message during that time I would know not to expect a response until she is back in office. She sent me prep sheets for my interview and when the interview was over, she would immediately check in to see how I was doing, on getting my job offer, she advocated for me to get the best possible benefits from work, accommodation and so much more, even when i finished all my onboarding process and booked my flight she would still check in on me. On getting to Australia and commencing my new job she would send messages to find out if I was alright, coping well in my new environment and how my first day at work was. All of this review is for Phoebe who works with Healthcare Australia but for me she was my saving grace as I had previously spoken to 2 recruiters before meeting her. I would definitely be recommending Healthcare Australia to my friends and family who are wanting to move to Australia but if I could, I would personally give them Phoebe's number to reach out to her. She is amazing.
