Jill was approachable and helpful. She had to deal with a ridiculous number of responses (>700). First two candidates were not really what we were after (not the right personality fit) so she went back and looked for further candidates which ended successfully.

My experience with Jill was amazing. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable regarding the role. She had a great relationship with the company and took time to get to know myself and the type of role I was looking for. The service was exceptional. I have had negative experiences in the past with recruiters but Jill was brilliant in the way she explained the role to me as it was a role and industry that I had not previously considered.
