I'm very grateful that I had the privilege and opportunity to work with Suzann. She was everything that you'd want in a recruiter; someone that truly listened, that provided quality candidates, that was incredibly responsive and woven through, she genuinely cared about the position and the candidates, what it meant to myself as the hiring manager and the business.
Integrity is something I highly value in myself and in others, and Suzann definitely demonstrated this all throughout the hiring process, whereas compared with some recruiters I've dealt with in the past (being a candidate and hiring manager), hasn't always left a good impression.
For those that are looking to hire someone through Suzann, I would highly recommend her services. With most recruiters I've dealt with, it's been more "transactional", whereas with Suzann is definitely more "relationship-based" and her approach is the complete opposite of "sales-y".
