Ben came in at the last minute when we were struggling to find good quality candidates. While the first few candidates were not strong, that was just an adjustment between him and I understanding what my requirements are.
Post that, the quality of candidates were high, and the responsiveness was great. He asked for constant feedback on what went well, and areas of opportunities.
