Relocating to a remote pilbara town has many difficulties but Charne took the role of Newman Area Manager at what was an incredibly challenging time after the tragic passing of an internal colleague in our small team of 4. She has an unmatched ability to establish cohesiveness and connection amongst her immediate team which in turn created a productive and harmonious work environment, quite the achievement after what had occurred. I am incredibly grateful for her efforts during this time and later discovered she had done much research into how to help and lead after grief in the workplace. Charne leads from the front, is innovative and adaptive, not afraid to think outside the box for positive business outcomes. I would highly recommend Charne for management positions.
