I strongly recommend Elliott Howard as a IT recruitment consultant specializing in Cyber Security, cloud architecture and infrastructure area. I had the pleasure of working with Elliot over the past one and half years and the results I have gotten have always been very positive. Elliott is the consummate recruitment consulting professional as he knows how to put everyone at ease the moment he enters the room. He is diligent about collecting information and insists on developing custom reports to give a very helpful presentation to clients. Most importantly to me, Elliott always indicates the practical applications his work has for clients. He is the main reason why my engagement with clients has been smoothly so many years in a row. When Elliot first contacted me for a role, unfortunately the requirements/expectations for the role were not in line with my skills and experiences at that time. However, I became surprised and yet grateful when he contacted me again when he had another opportunity for which he considered me as a good candidate. Recently I have been successfully placed for that role. Elliot promptly responded to my questions and followed them up. He provided me with invaluable information and advice which helped me to well prepare for the every stage of the recruitment process, which went unbelievably smoothly. Elliott's determination and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients is what sets him apart from the rest. I've been successfully placed by other recruiters in the past but with Elliot, the experience was different. The point of difference for me was that the placement experience did not feel transactional and felt more like a partnership. Elliot's great level of service continued right throughout the term of my contract which was pleasantly surprising. Our successful partnership only ended when I transitioned into my full time role. If I ever find myself in a position where I require a great recruiter again, Elliot will be at the top of my list.

The next time he approached me with an excellent opportunity in line with my expectations.
