Alex Cooper changed my view of the benefits a recruiter can provide He learned about me and genuinely sought to match the needs of the employer and the candidate me He was thorough provided excellent lines of communication was responsive and assisted both parties to ask the right questions He repeatedly checked in with me to ensure that I was happy with the opportunity the process and repeatedly encouraged me to consider deeply whether the opportunity aligned with my values and priorities
Although I still dont think all that differently overall about the recruitment industry I can wholeheartedly recommend Alex and Johnson Recruitment as exemplifying what recruiters SHOULD be doing
