My recruiters have been super lovely. Did forget to ttell me oa few critical things - BYOD and date of pay. I’d only score Emanate down for its payroll policy. In a decade of contracting, I’ve never had s company take so long to pay with two weekl payruns. Elanate’s cashflow is not my concern, and we as contractors are funding this practice - and as it’s not common amongst any other company come accross (big and boutique) i woukd find it hard to recommend Emanate. If this policy was updated to modern standards, Emanate would be a 8 - at least.
