April is incredibly understanding of applicants’ personal needs such as flexible working arrangements and is sure to match job opportunities that fall in line with the applicants’ needs. April is also very compassionate and does not ‘push’ roles on you as other recruiters often do - I think she is amazing at matching the right role for both the employer and applicant. I would not hesitate to contact April again if needed, as opposed to other recruiters, for these exact reasons. April cares, communicates so well, listens to what an applicant needs or wants and isn’t afraid of being direct and transparent about the potential employers/firms. Thank you, April!
