My initial application was for a production role. I was contacted shortly after, and was asked if I was interested in a better role, as a machine op, as my experience matched it. Yes, ok. quick phone interview, in for a face to face with Fuse. Completed a couple of basic WorkPro modules, as is pretty standard. Then got another call...am I interested in a different machine op role? Yes. That employer beat the other to the punch, face to face on site with the production manager the next day. I liked them, they liked me. Said they'd organise a ,edical early the following week.
Next day, I called Fuse to let them know I was happy, and they said they'd follow through on firming up the medical appointment....later that afternoon, got contacted by the company, medical the following day (a friday).
Tuesday, the company called me to give me a verbal offer, I accepted and discussed starting dates directly with them, and they said they'd send out a formal letter of offer out via email. Later the same day, Fuse called me to congratulate me on the new job, and to ensure I was happy with the new role.
The total time from the initial application to the formal offer was about 13 business days.
Fuse ensured throughout that not only was I right for the role, but that the role was right for me. An excellent experience overall.
