I've known Chantelle from Thomas Executive for about a year. Originally she approached me through my line marking tik tok page, and had asked me if I, or anyone I knew would be interested in line marking jobs she had available in Australia. At the time, we couldn't find the right fit. I worked another season on the roads in New Zealand, progressed with my line marking skills, and worked on my c.v. The time had come for me to leave my old job, so I sent Chantelle an email wit my updated c.v. explaining that I was ready to move to Australia. Within a month of my initial email, Chantelle had found me the absolute perfect position, with a great company. She had set up the interview for the first Friday I was in Australia, 3 days after I arrived. On Monday, she had the offer, and on Tuesday I was flown from Queensland to NSW, and worked a day as a 'trial'. On Wednesday I had signed the contract-five days after the initial interview. Chantelle absolutely advocated for my best interest, and is an excellent negotiatior. She negotiated the contract on my behalf, and believe you me, got me the absolute best possible deal. Throughout our interactions Chantelle has shown the utmost professionalism, been absolutely kind, and always advocated for my best interest. She went out of her way to find a position that would suit me specifically. I would recommend Chantelle to any roadmarking professional who is looking to skyrocket their career, needs a change, or is looking for a future of bright opportunities. It would be an understatement to say thanks so much to her for her work, kindness and advocacy.
