Keeping in touch with Chris he was very aware of the needs we had at Davidson Technology.
Chris was also across the market and made it very clear to us that there was not a lot of option for experienced resource consultants at this time. That being said he also took on board the fact that should he find a candidate who would be the right "fit" for Davidson we would be willing to have a chat and be happy to invest in training and development for the right candidate.
Chris certainly did this as Daniel is integrating into the commercial technology team very well and also the wider Davidson family. Chris took the time to listen to the needs of our business and get to know us and matched accordingly. I would have no hesitation in using Chris again and will certainly recommend his services to others.
