David is definitely a cut above the average recruiter. I felt his service was personalised, that he represented me well to the client, and he managed a difficult point in the negotiations very well. Over the period I was applying for new roles, David is perhaps the only one who not took a strong interest in matching clients to potential employees - beyond just matching keywords in resumes - but in addition he actually stayed focused on the outcome and delivered. In the end I'm happy and so is my employer.
