Working with Debbie was, by far, the most outstanding experience I've ever had with a recruiter. At the point where I was seeking employment, my interviewing experience was weak (due to freelancing most of my career) and my self-confidence low. Her compassion and encouragement allowed me to get past my fears, and I ended up with the job I wanted.
