We were impressed with the quality of candidates and found the initial process to be collaborative and well managed. While there was a delay between initiating our search and the candidate being ready to start—along with some unforeseen challenges on both sides—Emanate supported us throughout. We had to stay closely involved to maintain engagement, but overall, the outcome was positive. Given the circumstances, Emanate performed well, and we appreciate their efforts.
