Working with Fern was fantastic, it was always a simple and easy experience. Going through the recruitment process at the time of all the Covid outbreaks made it a challenging exercise. Royhill had to stop intake just as I got a start date. I waited as long as I could but had to take a different job and of course just as I did, Fern got the ok to start the process again, I decided to give it a go with the job I had and Fern totally understood my decision. After a couple of months I realised I wasn't happy and gave Fern a call. As usual Fern eas only to happy too get me straight back into the recruitment process. Fern was awesome to work with, I never waited long for her to return phone calls or emails. Fern is very helpful, always friendly and professional. Nothing was ever a problem for Fern and in my opinion she went over and above to get me a start at Royhill. I will with no hesitation be sending my friends and family Ferns way for a job. Fern made every thing so easy and stress free, by far the easiest recruitment process I've ever experienced. Thank you so much Fern.
